Custom Cake Smash

So if you’re thinking about scheduling a cake smash for your little birthday boy or girl, here’s the scoop!

• A simple outfit is best – diaper covers (for boys and girls), tutus and lace rompers can be found on etsy.  If you order something online make sure you do so well in advance, some shops on etsy can take awhile.  Keep in mind, the outfit will probably end up with some cake on it.  That’s part of the fun!  :)
• Accessories – Unless they are part of your outfit, I would only recommend a hair bow, bow tie, suspenders, etc 
• I will provide the set up, cake stand, and props/decorations.  Before your session we will go over the colors so I can bring some fun props to match.

During the session, we will have lots of wipes handy to wipe up little fingers when we’re all done.  Mom or dad need to be close by and not afraid to get dirty so that you can pick up a moving baby and reposition in front of the cake.  Sorry, I don’t want cake on my fingers and all over camera.   Sometimes lil’ ones don’t make it past the yummy icing so I will ask mom or dad to help baby dig into the cake half way through so that we actually get to see some cake in the pictures. If your child gets super messy, I can always grab a basin full of water (warm weather permitting) and turn it into a "splish, splash, bath fun"
